1. Delivery within the Greater Cairo area: Typically arrives within a maximum of 3-5 business days.
2. Delivery outside the Greater Cairo area: Typically arrives within a maximum of 4-6 business days.
Since some of the items we're selling are preowned, We make sure that all items don't have any defects and it's all new or as new. We are highly encouraging you to check your items while the delivery representative is at your door.
In case of size difference, You can reject the order and pay the shipping fees only (40 EGP inside Cairo).
If you accepted the order and paid for it, We won't be able to refund it as we transfer the money to the original owner directly.
In case that you ordered more than 1 item,You can receive the items that you like and return the other ones.

حيث أن معروضاتنا مملوكه لأشخاص اخرين فإننا نقوم بفحص كل قطعه بدقه والتأكد من عدم وجود اى قطع او تلف بأى شكل من الأشكال و أن كل المقطع جديده أو كالجديده..و نحن نشجعك على فحص طلبك و قياسه فى وجود مندوب الشحن.
فى حالة أن المقاس غير مناسب يمكنك رفض إستلام الطلب, سيتم دفع مبلغ الشحن فقط (40 جنيه داخل القاهره الكبرى)
فى حالة إستلامك للطلب و الدفع, لن نتمكن من إرجاع الطلب.
فى حال طلبك لأكثر من قطعه, يمكنك إستلام ما هو مناسب و رفض المتبقى.
